Opel reveals the price of the Ampera-e in Norway

Norway will be the first country to receive the Chevrolet Bolt’s re-branded European twin-brother, the Opel Ampera-e. Sales of the car have already started in Norway, with prices starting at NOK 299.000,- or some $34.600. Now that is somewhat pricier than the other competitors in Norway; namely the Nissan Leaf, BMW i3 and Renault Zoe, but it does also offer a big difference in range and features.

The next countries in Europe to receive the Ampera-e are Germany, Netherlands, France and Switzerland. The rest of Europe will gradually follow in late 2017 and 2018, as production isn’t expected to meet demand until 2018.
